I have to say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the mountains. The staff treated us with great energy and attentiveness, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

My only suggestion for improvement would be the morning meal. It would have been better if they included tap water with breakfast.

The turkey at Thanksgiving was pretty good and the cranberry sauce was delicious. I also appreciated the complimentary hot cider and the cozy fireplace in the lobby. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. Oh, and one more thing, the bed was super comfy.

The overall experience was very disappointing. the staff was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked for directions to nearby attractions.
